The album title is an explanation of process really. My girlfriend just moved in with me and she goes to sleep earlier than me. so after she would set to snoring i would crawl out of bed and set up my synthesizers and laptop in another corner of the house in the dark, maybe a flashlight in my mouth, maybe nothing, maybe a lamp or something. and i would record everything i made for that half hour or so. learning how to use my new system. trying to throw my heart through a machine and see what comes out the other side. and so we get this album. more a mixtape of internal feelings, recorded to a tape from the radio station in-between my heart and brain. an exercise in my synthesis musculature. There are some harsh parts but also some really trance parts. please enjoy.
